On Monday September 16th, at 10:28 a.m (pacific standard time) a United States radar detected a mysterious object flying straight into the sky. Later at 1:12 p.m (pacific standard time) it was later identified as a nuclear bomb (nuke) that was launched from South Korea. U.S troops are moving in as they try to stop Korea from launching more. The United States government is trying to figure out where the nuclear bomb might land so they can evacuate the nearby area so nobody gets harmed during this tragedy. The United States government and scientists from Nasa, have used satellites that have been sent to space to figure out where it’ll land. Katherine Johnson, a scientist from Nasa said this, “We are aware of a nuclear bomb being launched, and we trying everything we can do to be able to evacuate the impact zone”. She also said that it’ll most likely land on the west coast meaning California is the biggest target. The United States government have found out that the blast radius is approximately 2000 miles meaning that if it does hit California most of it will be destroyed starting from the San Francisco Bay Area.
