KJM Property Services, of Apalachin NY, have been accused of failing to provide services requested. Customers state that Kyle Moran, Owner of KJM, provide estimates and never follow up to do the work. This has left many people angry, as they were expecting the service to be provided quickly. Kyle has said that these people that are bitching want the work done yesterday! I am only one person and I try my best to accommodate everyone. Sometimes the weather causes delays, sometimes an emergency comes up that needs to be handled quickly. These idiots do NOT understand what I have to go through. For those people that are dissatisfied, I say SCREW THEM! I have many happy customers and I don't need their crappy jobs! If you are in such a hurry, DO IT YOURSELF and LEAVE ME ALONE!!
